Conceptual studies and writing statement of requirements for new projects / modification / revamping in collaboration with operations group.
Preparation of proposals, Estimation, Budgeting, Resource allocation & Planning.
Execution and handover projects to the end user after successful completion.
Interface co-ordination with other disciplines.
Progress monitoring & reporting.

Ensuring that work for discipline across all work centres is executed in accordance with the project requirements, that a consistent technical product is produced and that the overall integrity of the Plant facility is maintained.
MOPEx Interface Management.

Preparation of; Instrumentation & Control Design Basis, Material Requisition (MR), Purchase Requisition (PR), I&C specifications, System Control Diagrams (SCDs), Functional Design Specifications, Instrument items Data Sheets, Technical Bid Evaluations.
Review and approve engineering/design and Supplier’s deliverables.
Participate in FAT, SAT, site co-ordination and supervision for instrumentation & Control.
Development of installation/commissioning check sheets, procedures.
Management of site queries, site modification.
Control system commissioning activity planning including Vendor commissioning engineer management
Development of Standard Maintenance Procedures, Equipment Service Sheets, Preventive Maintenance Procedures, Pro Active Maintenance procedures, Shutdown job Procedures, Self-Development Modules, Work Books, Fault finding charts, Failure Analysis etc.. of Control systems & Instrumentation.
Budget preparation and management, shutdown planning and management, spare parts management and optimization.
